Gaza Aid Flotilla: Israel Will Once Again Get Away with Murder
Israel is immune to international condemnation of its murderous efforts to continue the illegal and immoral colonialist occupation of Palestine. Editorials of outrage and condemnation published in Europe, the Arab world, and the United States over the latest psychopathic episode will not deter Israel in the least, not so long as an AIPAC-mesmerized (and intimidated) Congress continues to shower Israel with billions of dollars and remains silent on its homicidal rampages. http://www.infowars.com/gaza-aid-flotilla-israel-will-once-again-get-away-with-murder/

Criminal Negligence by BP
Several weeks before the Gulf oil explosion, a key piece of safety equipment – the blowout preventer – was damaged. As the Times of London reports: [Mike Williams, the chief electronics technician on the Deepwater Horizon, and one of the last workers to leave the doomed rig] claimed that the blowout preventer was then damaged when a crewman accidentally moved a joystick, applying hundreds of thousands of pounds of force. Pieces of rubber were found in the drilling fluid, which he said implied damage to a crucial seal. But a supervisor declared the find to be “not a big deal”, Mr Williams alleged. http://georgewashington2.blogspot.com/2010/05/despite-knowing-it-had-damaged-blowout.html

The Gathering Darkness and Its Inescapble Destiny
I could continue to list the crimes of these villains, long past the space restrictions of this essay. Together with other malevolent groups and individuals and with the assistance of those they have bought and paid for, they are behind most of the greater evils of our times, including organ theft, human trafficking, international drug dealing, the pornography and gambling empires as well as prostitution and assassinations across the globe. This is also supported by hard evidence. These are monsters. http://smokingmirrors.blogspot.com/2010/05/gathering-darkness-and-its-inescapable.html

Geithner Rushes To Sabotage German Derivatives Ban
The German government is now fully committed to escalating its ongoing counterattack against international financial speculation. These moves represent an historical watershed as Germany becomes the first major economic power to roll back the tide of financial globalization, under which crackdowns on hedge funds, derivatives, and the world gambling casino were branded as taboo for national governments. http://www.rense.com/general91/geit.htm

Is the U.S. Government Planning War to Quell the Tide of Economic Unrest?
United States wars are virtually all wars of aggression, so it is quite evident that U.S. wars are “fought” for reasons other than self-defense. That means there are ulterior motives involved that are not related to moral behavior, but instead to nefarious intent. This is a disturbing revelation, and one little understood by the American masses. It is one however, that if more understood, could literally blow the lid off the notion that the purposeful buildup of the military–industrial complex is for the defense of this nation! This thought scares the life out of those in power who need to keep the populace scared to death at all times in order to propagate their crimes. Our economy, as is the case for much of the rest of the world’s economies, is currently imploding. Since all major economies in the world are based on valueless, un-backed, and worthless money, this situation should have been evident to the mainstream long ago. Of course the failing economy is just one piece of the puzzle, but it is most definitely the most important piece. With a so-called vibrant economy over the past decade or so, even though it was based on lies and deceit, and was a complete sham, the general population was easy to control during these so-called “prosperous” times. With the real economy now being exposed for the fraud that it is, and the real risks becoming more evident, the once complacent citizen is now becoming angry. Because of this, the evil U.S. federal government must find a new method of fooling the masses into believing in “their” government and country. War is the obvious answer, as war solidifies the putrid and false nationalistic worship of the peasants more than any other ploy. http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article25575.htm

Israeli Butchery at Sea
As I write this piece the scale of the Israeli lethal slaughter at sea is yet to be clear. However we already know that at around 4am Gaza time, hundreds of IDF commandos stormed the Free Gaza international humanitarian fleet. We learn from the Arab press that at least 16 peace activists have been murdered and more than 50 were injured. Once again it is devastatingly obvious that Israel is not trying to hide its true nature: an inhuman murderous collective fuelled by a psychosis and driven by paranoia. http://www.gilad.co.uk/writings/israeli-butchery-at-sea-by-gilad-atzmon.html#entry7817603

Israel’s Latest War Crime: Peace Flotilla Attacked Bringing Humanitarian Aid to Gaza
Israel has done it again. (See news articles and videos compiled by Alison Weir at “If Americans Knew.”) Creating outrage on a daily basis seems to be its speciality. It has now launched an attack on international peace activists carrying humanitarian aid to besieged Gaza — “the world’s largest concentration camp” still recovering from war crimes committed by Israel almost 18 months ago. http://theoccidentalobserver.net/tooblog/?p=2068

Sex and Politics
With or without this strange Levantine make-believe metaphysical mimicry of penile pseudo-castration, unbridled sexual activity has become today a quasi categorical imperative, largely dependent on the whims of the capitalist market. According to the logic of supply and demand one should not rule out that the liberal system may soon issue a decree for mandatory multiracial marriages. Marriage of White couples may be “scientifically” attested as an “unhealthy union at variance with democratic principles of ethnic sensitivity training.” Never has the West witnessed so much psycho-babble about “love”, “interracial tolerance,” “gender mainstreaming,” “women’s rights,” “gay rights,” etc. — at the time when suicidal loneliness, serial divorces, sexual narcissism, and sexual violence have become its only trademarks of survivability. http://www.theoccidentalobserver.net/authors/Sunic-Sex&Politics.html#TS

The Wall Street Journal’s War On Gold
The case for a gold coin monetary standard is simple: no one should trust the United States government or the Federal Reserve System to maintain the purchasing power of the dollar. Since 1914, the dollar has declined in purchasing power by 96%. As Casey Stengel used to say, you can look it up. Unlike Casey, I’ll show you where to look it up. Here. The case for gold as an investment is different. First, it is an inflation hedge over long periods of time, though not necessarily in the medium term, e.g., 1980–2001. Second, it is a crisis hedge when the international capital markets are in turmoil. http://www.lewrockwell.com/north/north849.html

‘Civil Rights’ and Total War
Although the post-war military dictatorship in the South ended in 1877, the 1964 “civil rights” act is a continuation – and expansion – of Reconstruction. That act was designed and intended to make every private institution, transaction, and relationship subject to federal scrutiny in the name of abolishing “discrimination.” In principle, and sometimes in practice, the federal “civil rights” apparatus is literally making war upon Americans whose hiring policies, business practices, and private associations don’t find favor with the exalted beings who have made themselves the arbiters of acceptable attitudes and social outcomes. http://www.lewrockwell.com/grigg/grigg-w149.html

A Disgrace of Historic Proportions
And despite knowing how many people we are innocently imprisoning, the Obama administration continues to demand the power to imprison people with no judicial review: by indefinitely detaining them without charges, by insisting that Bagram detainees captured outside Afghanistan have no habeas rights, by refusing to release any Yemeni detainees at Guantanamo, including those whom the administration itself knows are being wrongfully detained. And in light of all this, who in their right mind would trust the President to assassinate fellow citizens based purely on his unchecked, unreviewed conclusion that the person is a Terrorist? It’s commonplace to label something a travesty of justice, but who can deny that knowingly imprisoning innocent people for years and years while scheming to deny them all judicial review is a disgrace of historic proportions? http://www.salon.com/news/opinion/glenn_greenwald/2010/05/28/guantanamo/index.html

Remembering Wars and Warriors
In 1917, we declared war on Germany “to make the world safe for democracy.” And our major allies were four of the largest empires on earth: the British, French, Russian and Japanese. We deposed the Kaiser, and got Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler and World War II. As a result of these world wars, all the Western empires fell, and Western Civilization began its inexorable advance to the grave. Impending bankruptcy aside, not one Western nation has a birth rate that will enable its native-born to survive many more generations. We did it to ourselves. http://vdare.com/buchanan/100528_remembering_wars.htm

The Architecture of Terror: Mapping the Network Behind 9-11
“A faction, acting in disguise, was rising in America; they had lost sight of first principles,” Thomas Paine wrote. “They were beginning to contemplate government as a profitable monopoly, and the people as hereditary property.” Two hundred years later, as an American student of history, I made the same observation: A faction, acting in disguise, was rising in America. This faction also viewed government as a profitable monopoly, which they sought to control. The rising faction I noticed taking control in the 1980s was primarily Jewish by ethnicity, and Zionist by ideology. http://www.bushstole04.com/911/911_architecture.htm

The Coming Iran War
Earlier in May, Turkey and Brazil — after months of intense negotiations — persuaded the Iranian regime to accept a deal that would have vastly reduced its ability to produce a nuclear weapon. The Turkish-Brazilian deal was almost identical to the one President Obama and our allies pushed the Iranians to accept back in October. Only this time, it wasn’t good enough. The Obama administration ignored the Turkish-Brazilian breakthrough, saying its goal was crippling sanctions and that it was close to achieving them. Of course, few believe sanctions will have any significant effect other than to punish ordinary Iranians, people who are suffering quite enough under a monstrous regime. http://redactednews.blogspot.com/2010/05/coming-iran-war.html

Humanitarian Flotilla Vs. Evil Navy
Haaretz reports today that Israel will attempt to block the humanitarian Freedom Flotilla heading toward Gaza. However, according to the Israeli paper, the humanitarian cargo would then be unloaded, inspected and sent to Gaza overland via the United Nations.Typical for Israel, it tries to win a lost battle. On the one hand, by stopping the flotilla Israel attempts to maintain its regional status as an omnipotent super power that controls the land, the air and the sea. On the other hand, the Jewish state pathetically also wants to evoke sympathy for being ‘sensitive’ to humanitarian issues and the Palestinian plight. The Israeli government fails to gather that the tide has changed. We see through them. We all know what the Jewish state stands for. We all know about the devastation in Gaza, we know about the siege, the destruction and the crimes against humanity. We all watch the Israeli separation wall cutting through Palestinian family’s houses and olive orchards. We also follow the racist ethnic cleansing in East Jerusalem. We’re never far from money. We spend most of our time and energy in quest of money. But how did this thing become an intermediary between us and the world around us? Before money, we bartered. Why did money supplant barter and who is custodian of the money system? These questions are dangerous: they cost Ezra Pound twelve years. Pound was a victim of political persecution at the behest of financiers and their minions like Franklin Delano Roosevelt. These people feared Ezra because he asked “what is money for,” and came up with an inconvenient answer. http://www.theoccidentalobserver.net/authors/Hartley-Ezra-Pound-on-Money.html

U.S. ‘Recession’ Breeds Escalating Violent Crime

Violent crime is out of control in Chicago
Shootings are way up in Chicago, and ordinary citizens — along with shorthanded police — are angry. Chicago has a gun ban, yet on Wednesday, May 19, Thomas Wortham IV, a Chicago police officer and Iraq War veteran, was shot when four gang members attempted to steal the new motorcycle the officer had brought to show his father, a retired police officer. Shots were fired, and his father saw the skirmish, ran for his gun, and managed to get off a few rounds. Two gang members were shot while two sped away dragging his fallen son’s body some distance in the process. Nine people were shot on Sunday night (May 24), and Chicago is currently in the grips of a massive crime wave that has overwhelmed our under funded police force. Gangland violence and shootings now occur up and down Chicago’s lakefront. An anonymous Chicago policeman reports what most of the mainstream media fails to report at secondcitycop.blogspot.com. Splitting the Chores?
The fact that men contribute to the chores in ways that are seldom classified under the traditional “housework” label is also essential to consider. Work need not take place in the four walls of the home to be essential. Mowing lawns, yard work, taking out the trash, handling car repairs, and keeping tabs on the finances are just as important as marketing, cleaning, and laundry. In many families this work is handled by the husband and is far too easily forgotten when an argument arrives over which spouse does what work. I’ve listen to many rants at women-only social functions about men who don’t fold the laundry or put their socks in the hamper but who get the oil changed in the car and never forget to take out the trash. More interesting is the fact that this is yet another study and resulting discussion that fails to highlight what might be the most important point in this debate. In many homes it is the man who pays for the mortgage or rent. He is the one who provides the place to cook, clean, and raise the children and the necessary tools for women to engage in “domestic drudgery”. Without his financial contribution, there would be no chores to do and for this reason providing the money for the check is arguably the most imperative housework of all. http://www.the-spearhead.com/2010/05/24/splitting-the-chores/

There is a posse of self-sufficient men and women out there who make it their goal to be prepared when disaster strikes. They call themselves “preppers.” From natural catastrophes to economic meltdowns to nuclear blowouts, the preppers’ collective goal is quite simple: to carry on as usual, even when catastrophe strikes. Think backyard fallout shelters of the 1950s or Y2K shenanigans — only circa 2010. The whole prepper movement may seem pretty zany. So zany, in fact, that you’d think only a miniscule amount of people would actually be partaking in it. Wrong. Over recent years, a huge community of preppers has developed. We now have a historical lesson which can be offered to U.S. and its European partners in NATO. Whether or not the west sees the historical writings on the wall, the fact of the matter is that the capitalist west is militarily, industrially, politically and economically considerably weakened by its nearly 9 year misadventure into Afghanistan and Iraq. The economic malaise which hit the U.S. has now crossed the eastern Atlantic shores of the U.S. into Europe and is causing fissures in the military control sphere in Afghanistan. The attack came as two top British officials, Foreign Secretary William Hague and Defense Secretary Liam Fox, were scheduled to fly into the base. http://news.antiwar.com/2010/05/23/us-raids-west-kandahar-as-nato-reels-from-latest-attack/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+AntiwarNews+%28News+From+Antiwar.com%29

The Trouble With the 1964 Civil Rights Act
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 gave the federal government unprecedented power over the hiring, employee relations, and customer service practices of every business in the country. The result was a massive violation of the rights of private property and contract, which are the bedrocks of free society. The federal government has no legitimate authority to infringe on the rights of private property owners to use their property as they please and to form (or not form) contracts with terms mutually agreeable to all parties. The rights of all private property owners, even those whose actions decent people find abhorrent, must be respected if we are to maintain a free society. http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul188.html

Obama to Send 1,200 Troops to Border
WASHINGTON (AP) – President Barack Obama will send 1,200 National Guard troops to boost security along the U.S.-Mexico border, officials said Tuesday, pre-empting Republican plans to try to force votes on such a deployment.
Obama will also request $500 million for border protection and law enforcement activities, according to lawmakers and administration officials. The moves come as chances for action on comprehensive immigration reform, Obama’s long-stated goal, look increasingly small in this election year. But Obama is under pressure to do something with the issue front and center after Arizona’s passage of a tough crackdown law.

Nullifying Tyranny
The Kennedy brothers echo F.A. Hayek’s dictum from The Road to Serfdom that, under socialism, “the worst rise to the top.” This is also true in democracies in general, they say. In a democracy, “Successful leaders . . . tend to be those who are not hindered by strong moral principles.” That is because in a democracy, successful political candidates must do three immoral things: “promise to take money away from those who honestly earned it . . . and give it to those who have no legal right to it”; “make promises that most likely will not be kept”; and grant financial favors to individuals and groups who merely provide the financing for the winning campaign. “Only an unprincipled person can successfully piece together majority votes in a legislature made up of numerous conflicting special interest groups.” http://www.lewrockwell.com/dilorenzo/dilorenzo187.html

25 Questions To Ask Anyone Who Is Delusional Enough To Believe That This Economic Recovery Is Real
If you listen to the mainstream media long enough, you just might be tempted to believe that the United States has emerged from the recession and is now in the middle of a full-fledged economic recovery. In fact, according to Obama administration officials, the great American economic machine has roared back to life, stronger and more vibrant than ever before. But is that really the case? Of course not. You would have to be delusional to believe that. What did happen was that all of the stimulus packages and government spending and new debt that Obama and the U.S. Congress pumped into the economy bought us a little bit of time. But they have also made our long-term economic problems far worse. The reality is that the U.S. cannot keep supporting an economy on an ocean of red ink forever. At some point the charade is going to come crashing down. http://www.blacklistednews.com/news-8878-0-13-13–.html

Nuclear War Between Koreas: Brought To You By The U.S. Government
Just as with Saddam Hussein’s chemical and biological weapons program, it was Donald Rumsfeld who played a key role in arming Kim-Jong-Il. Rumsfeld was man who presided over a $200 million dollar contract to deliver equipment and services to build two light water reactor stations in North Korea in January 2000 when he was an executive director of ABB (Asea Brown Boveri). Wolfram Eberhardt, a spokesman for ABB confirmed that Rumsfeld was at nearly all the board meetings during his involvement with the company. Rumsfeld was merely picking up the baton from the Clinton administration, who in 1994 agreed to replace North Korea’s domestically built nuclear reactors with light water nuclear reactors. So-called government-funded ‘experts’ claimed that light water reactors couldn’t be used to make bombs. Not so according to Henry Sokolski, head of the Non-proliferation Policy Education Center in Washington, who stated, “LWRs could be used to produce dozens of bombs’ worth of weapons-grade plutonium in both North Korea and Iran. This is true of all LWRs — a depressing fact U.S. policymakers have managed to block out.” http://www.prisonplanet.com/nuclear-war-between-koreas-brought-to-you-by-the-u-s-government.html

The Illuminati’s Covert War On America

The spill as viewed from space
The parallels between the oil spill and Katrina are uncanny. In both cases, the American Gulf coast was attacked, and the Presidential response was deemed tardy and ineffective. In the case of Katrina, the levees were blown up 12 hours after the hurricane had passed. The “tell” is the failure of the Obama Administration to declare a State of Emergency and take immediate action to stop the gusher. It is hard to believe that an Administration facing a national election in six months would sit on its hands while oil poured onto America’s Gulf coast. Last week, Obama was announcing a commission to study the causes while failing to address the blow-out itself. http://etherzone.com/2010/mako052510.shtml

7,000 Year-Old Swastika Unearthed in Northwestern Bulgaria
20 May 2010 | A pottery fragment with the image of a swastika, dating to 7,000 years ago, and an ancient female adornment with a phallus are among the artefacts shown for the first time as part of the on-going exhibition “Gods, Symbols and Ancient Signs” in the museum in Vratsa in north-western Bulgaria.
The swastika-decorated clay pottery fragment was found by archaeologists during excavations of a ritual pit around the village of Altimir near the town of Vratsa. The find dates back to the beginning of the Stone-Copper Age and shows that this symbol traverses the centuries and cannot be linked solely to Hitler’s party, archaeologists explained.

BP and the Audacity of Greed
Even as BP’s blown well a mile beneath the surface in the Gulf of Mexico continues to gush forth an estimated 70,000 barrels of oil a day into the sea, and the fragile wetlands along the Gulf begin to get coated with crude, which is also headed into the Gulf Stream for a trip past the Everglades and on up the East Coast, the company is demanding that Canada lift its tight rules for drilling in the icy Beaufort Sea portion of the Arctic Ocean. In an incredible display of corporate arrogance, BP is claiming that a current safety requirement that undersea wells drilled during the newly ice-free summer must also include a side relief well, so as to have a preventive measure in place that could shut down a blown well, is “too expensive” and should be eliminated. Yet clearly, if the U.S. had had such a provision in place, the Deepwater Horizon blowout could have been shut down right almost immediately after it blew out, just by turning of a valve or two, and then sealing off the blown wellhead. http://www.counterpunch.org/lindorff05242010.html

American Arrogance
History is now repeating itself in Afghanistan because the Americans repeated the mistake made by the Soviets. They are being made to pay for their folly of overestimating themselves and underestimating the skill and fortitude of the Afghan guerillas. Nine years on they have learned that it is far more difficult to withdraw than it was to go in. As a consequence, they have put in place a new strategy which seeks to create an environment that would allow them to commence the process of withdrawing the International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) from Afghanistan in July 2011. To create this environment they would apply such force on the Taliban as would compel them to sue for peace, while at the same time enticing the Taliban rank and file into desertion; then negotiate from a position of strength, transfer security responsibilities to the Afghan army, and commence the withdrawal process. If the strategy succeeds President Obama would be hailed as the victor in Afghanistan and his party would not only sweep the November elections to the Congress, but also the presidential elections in 2012. But if it fails, their arrogance would once again be buried, this time in the valley of death that south Afghanistan is for invaders. http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article25510.htm
