You always here talk about the 'gold standard' and how good it is. Well think about this one. Who controls the gold? Who owns the gold, above ground and beneath it? I'll give you three guesses and no it is not the Mormons or the Roman Catholic Church either. Yep you know who controls the gold, so how would that change anything? America was on the gold standard in the early 30's and we know how those days were. Apples for 5 cents and lines around the block for a soup kithchen if I remember correctly. No the return to the gold standard is more smoke and mirrors and talk about anything other then what is really going on and who is truely responsible for it all. I can understand some of the reasoning why people might think that having our currency backed by Gold would be a good thing. But, I'm with Jungleboots, that ultimately it's the nations people, their inventiveness, resourcefulness, intellect, skill, work ethic, and having a living space of abundant resources, that really makes a strong nation and people. National Socialist Germany found this to be the case when they were finally able to threw off the Jewish International Financial System that was destroying their country, just as it's doing to the United States today.

On most sites the support for the Ranger was overwhelming, with the majority of the comments along the lines of "Good what he deserved. You obey all orders from a cop". The people have turned in to total p*ssies. The good news is that when the uprising finally begins you can count these people out of the fight. They'll be too busy cowering in fear.

I’ll be shocked if there’s another book this year as important as Charles Murray’s "Coming Apart." I’ll be shocked if there’s another book that so compellingly describes the most important trends in American society. Murray’s basic argument is not new, that America is dividing into a two-caste society. What’s impressive is the incredible data he produces to illustrate that trend and deepen our understanding of it. His story starts in 1963. There was a gap between rich and poor then, but it wasn’t that big. A house in an upper-crust suburb cost only twice as much as the average new American home. The tippy-top luxury car, the Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz, cost about $47,000 in 2010 dollars. That’s pricey, but nowhere near the price of the top luxury cars today. More important, the income gaps did not lead to big behavior gaps. Roughly 98 percent of men between the ages of 30 and 49 were in the labor force, upper class and lower class alike. Only about 3 percent of white kids were born outside of marriage. The rates were similar, upper class and lower class. Since then, America has polarized. There is a great deal of interesting material in counter-Boasian non egalitarian IQ race and gender studies, but I am somewhat unclear as to how it applies to questions of race and crime. Are violent, but mentally challenged, African or Afro-hispanic felons more likely to be caught, successfully prosecuted, and imprisoned then (higher IQ) but equally violence-prone White or Pacific-rim Asian malefactors? Are White or e.g. Chinese, Jewish, or Japanese felons better able to hire good lawyers or have families who can exploit connections with politicians or judges to "persuade" prosecutors that they don't "have enough evidence", or "persuade" police to "drop the charges" on some technicality or another. There IS an immense problem with violent crime in America today. This has a definite racial dimension which it is suicidal for us to ignore. When the methodology that measures a constant standard of living is used to deflate nominal GDP, the result is a shrinking U.S. economy. It becomes clear that the U.S. economy has had no recovery and has now been in deep recession for four years despite the proclamation by the National Bureau of Economic Research of a recovery based on the rigged official numbers. A government can always produce the illusion of economic growth by underestimating the rate of inflation. There is no question that a substitution-based measure of inflation understates the inflation that people experience. More proof that there has been no economic recovery is available from those data series that are unaffected by inflation. Police Usage of Armored Surveillance Vehicles Becoming More Widespread Across the United States

Recently, the Sun-Sentinel out of Fort Lauderdale, run by the Tribune Company which runs the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, among others, covered how the Fort Lauderdale Police Department has deployed "The Peacemaker," which is an armored bank truck converted into a surveillance powerhouse. The police purchased the discontinued armored truck from Brink’s for $10 then retrofitted it with cameras on all of the bullet-proof windows and it now has the ability to stream live panoramic video to the police headquarters for up to 700 hours. Most whites know that this movie is just more black propaganda with emphasis on lies and exaggerations to make these pilots look good even though they were operating in the back waters of the war, and by the time they got into the action, Germany's air power had already been greatly reduced. And of course, they'll have to throw in the 'Discrimination and Segregation" element into the mix to enforce white guilt. I've seen many black veterans of WWII in my life, and I've often wondered, if for not for the 'segregation' and 'discrimination' of that era that they like to bring up and whine about, just how many of these would have lived to enjoy old age. I'm not implying that they should throw a parade and outwardly appreciate the conditions that they lived under, but this is something that whites should keep in context. The next time any white is confronted with this liberal propaganda, they should respond, "those black soldiers back during WWII sure were lucky they didn't have to be the first troops to storm the beaches of Normandy or Okinawa! That should shut them up!

Jeffersonian Exceptionalism

The American exceptionalism that has become an unchallengeable part of political discourse in the United States has taken on substantive trappings that are not at all intrinsic to the concept that America is indeed an exceptional place. Those trappings include a sense that some principles and rules of international relations somehow do not apply to the United States. They often include an attitude that the United States can do right but no wrong. There is often a disdain for any need to understand, much less to accommodate, the interests, perceptions, and feelings of non-Americans. There is a tendency to see the United States as an indispensable player in sundry matters around the globe. U.S. Media Iraq Reporting: See No Evil

The Iraq war may be over, at least for US troops, but the cover-up of the atrocities committed there by American forces goes on, even in retrospectives about the war. Propaganda Can Be Beautiful

Yes, we posted this video last week, in Russian, but I thought it was even more powerful with English subtitles. Beautiful women who are attracted to strong men? Imagine that. Such a healthy concept would never fly here, where men are supposed to be weak, apologetic, and feminine and women who look like "Chaz" Bono are held up as model Americans. Putin, meanwhile, has made an extremely important speech in which he explains Russia’s policy to multiculturalism.
